Fox Prairie
- Monday-Thursday$65New 2026 Monday thru Thursday outings are only available on Mondays or Wednesdays. Our schedule limits us to no more than 1 outing per week. Returning outings will have the first priority to open weeks, on a seniority basis, dependent on how long the outing has been held at Fox Prairie.
- Friday-Saturday-Sunday$70We No longer book Outings on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Only Outings that have been “Grandfathered” in from prior to 2021 are booked. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Prize Fund$5 per person
Fox Prairie Golf Outing Rules
- Outing must be booked 21 days in advance. To hold a date, a $100 deposit is required within 7 day of booking. Any cancellations made within 21 days of your event will not receive a refund of the deposit.
- Outings are required to give a “No less than” number to the Golf Shop 8 days prior to the outing. The outing will pay for at no less than the number of players reported at this time.
- A final list of teams & Names must be given to the Golf Shop no less than 5 days before the event.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but must be purchased through Fox Prairie. No private coolers are permitted on the premises. If a caterer is used, Pro Shop approval is required. This caterer will be responsible for setup and cleanup. Proof of insurance and alcohol permits must be provided in advance. Call 317-776-6357 for any further details.
- No more than 4 players per group are permitted without prior consent of the Fox Prairie golf professional.
- The minimum number of players needed for a 1st tee start is 20.
- The minimum number of players for a shotgun start is 100.
- A modified shotgun start is negotiable for large outings with fewer than 100 players.
- All players must ride carts.
- Dress Code – proper golf attire is required. Shirts must be worn at all times. Appropriate golf shoes must be worn. Metal spikes are prohibited.
- The outing must pay for any property of Fox Prairie Golf Club that is broken or damaged by any participant of the golf outing.
- Large outings that require more than 85 carts will need to have us coordinate an outside cart rental at their expense.
